(August 12, 2017): Officials from the NorthEast Race Cars Tri-Track Open Modified Series (TTOMS) announced recently the addition of Flamingo Motorsports of Palmer, MA, as the title sponsor for the August Classic at Star Speedway in Epping, NH, on Wednesday, August 23. This ‘throw-back’ mid-week show at Star Speedway is reminiscent of the days of the Yankee All Star League.
The Flamingo Motorsports 100 -lap main event for the Tri-Track Open Modified Series will pay $6,000 to winner and $1,000 to take the green flag. A strong field of cars is expected at the New Hampshire bullring. Following practice, racing will get underway at 6:00 pm.
